Steven R. Ratner is the Bruno Simma Collegiate Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where he focuses on public international law, human rights, and business ethics. He directs the Donia Human Rights Center and has held key roles in international legal bodies, including UN commissions on Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, and the Khmer Rouge.
