Steven Paraskevas

Steven Paraskevas holds dual appointments as Senior Scientist at the RI-MUHC (Glen site) under the Metabolic Disorders and Complications Program, and as Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University. His work explores the immunological interface between transplanted grafts and the host immune system.

Research focus includes:

• Stem cell-based bioartificial devices for diabetes treatment
• Alloimmune response characterization
