Steven O'Brien

Dr. Steven O'Brien is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth's School of Film, Media and Creative Technologies, affiliated with the Centre for Studies in Literature. He holds a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Sussex (2006). His research focuses on mythography, fiction, poetry, and reconciliation, with notable external roles as a Peace Ambassador for Iraq, Advisor to the Vatican's Institute of Human Dignity, and Visiting Fellow at the University of Chichester.
