Steven Hatfield serves as an Instructor of Jazz Drumset in the School of Music at the College of Fine Arts, Wichita State University. A prominent musician in the Wichita, Kansas area for over 30 years, he has performed extensively in rock and jazz ensembles, the Wichita Symphony, and Music Theatre Wichita, in addition to recording numerous albums and commercial jingles.
His expertise spans jazz drumming, percussion, and music pedagogy.
