Steven Gaon

Steven Gaon serves as a Part-time Professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Common Law since 2018, bringing over two decades of practical legal experience to the classroom. A bilingual lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, Prof. Gaon founded ADR Ottawa Inc. in 2003 and has mediated thousands of civil, family, and administrative law cases. His practice extends to workplace investigations, handling sensitive matters including harassment, ethics violations, and regulatory compliance.
