Steven Fine is the Churgin Professor of Jewish History at Yeshiva University's Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies, directing the Arch of Titus Digital Restoration Project and Yeshiva's Center for Israel Studies. He holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara, MA from USC, and PhD from the Hebrew University. His research bridges cultural history, rabbinic literature, archaeology, and art, focusing on Judaism in the Greco-Roman world.
