Steve Shepherd

Steve Shepherd MBE is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, specializing in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. He works within the School of Computing and Information Science, with expertise in Network Investigations, Malware Analysis, and Operating System Forensics.

Steve's research focuses on advanced Digital Forensics, including Malware Reverse Engineering, Memory Forensics, and File System Analysis. He has developed specialized courses in Certified Cyber Security Incident Response, Malware Investigations, and Security Operations Centre Analysis through collaborations with 7Safe/PA Consulting and FutureLearn.

He teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate Cyber Security programs (BSc and MSc) while maintaining professional affiliations with the Chartered Institute for IT.
