Dr. Steve Raimo serves as a Professor in the College of Adult & Professional Studies (CAPS) at Bethel University, specializing in Strategic Leadership. He holds a DSL (Doctor of Strategic Leadership) from Regent University, an MBA from City University of Seattle, and a BS in Accounting from Portland State University. With over 30 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations, nonprofits, and religious organizations, Dr. Raimo focuses on organizational agility, cross-cultural leadership, and strategic change management.
