Steve Nguyen, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University (SMU). He is an Organizational Development Leader and business consultant who partners with senior and executive leaders to improve human behaviors, people performance, and organizational effectiveness. His certifications include Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, LEA 360, DISC, MBTI Step I & II, and TKI Assessment.
