Steve Araba

Steve Araba serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Niagara Falls Canada within the Master of Management program, teaching courses including Finding Business Opportunities, Introduction to Emerging Technologies, and Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Previously, he held professorial positions at Algoma University and Sault College where he mentored students in global business management and economics.

His educational credentials comprise a PhD in Business Administration from Unicaf University, a Master's in Public Management, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Babcock University. He additionally holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Dr. Araba's research centers on Entrepreneurship with complementary expertise in Management and Leadership. His scholarly work examines entrepreneurship as a mechanism for reducing unemployment, reflecting his dedication to practical business solutions and community impact.

With over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning academia, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships, he has served as local immigration partnership coordinator for the City of Sault Ste. Marie and innovation accelerator program specialist at the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre. His community engagement includes mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and developing initiatives that bridge education with social impact.
