Dr. Stephen Samuel is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India, with a Visiting Assistant Professor role at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Oncology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellowship. His research focuses on exercise interventions for cancer survivors, sleep-circadian rhythms, and rehabilitation in oncology. He has led studies on EXCAP©® exercise programs for breast cancer patients, pulmonary rehabilitation for fibrosis, and the role of yoga in inflammation reduction.
