Stephen Rueff is a Professor and Chair of the Arts Entrepreneurship department at Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). He holds an MBA from Presidio Graduate School and a BA from Empire State University. Rueff’s career spans dance performance, arts management, corporate event production, and academic leadership. He is co-founder of SuperMonster市City!, a venture curating exhibitions on American monsters and superheroes, which tour nationally and internationally. His research explores curation as a creative practice, American cultural narratives, and the intersection of fear with play through toys and ephemera.

Research focuses on curation methodologies, sustainability in arts entrepreneurship, and cultural analysis of pop culture artifacts.
