Dr. Stephen Romer is a Stipendiary Lecturer in French at Brasenose College, University of Oxford, and a Royal Literary Fund Fellow. His academic career includes roles at Université François Rabelais (Tours), Colgate University (NY), and multiple visiting fellowships across Oxford and Cambridge colleges. He holds MA and PhD degrees from the University of Cambridge (Cantab).
