Stephen R. McCullough serves as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia and is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Regent University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with high distinction and Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Virginia, followed by a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Richmond Law School where he participated in law review and moot court.
