Stephen Oby

Stephen Oby is an Assistant Professor and MSW Program Director at Salisbury University's School of Social Work, where he joined the faculty in 2021. He concurrently serves as the ABC Project Coordinator at the university's Center for Healthy Communities. With over 15 years in clinical social work, his practice focuses on children and families in education, mental health, and addiction contexts. He holds clinical licenses in Maryland and New York.
