Stephen Morris is the Peter A. Diamond Professor of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He specializes in economic theory, game theory, and financial economics. Born in England, he earned a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Cambridge (1985) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University (1991). Before MIT, he taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Yale, and Princeton.
