Stephen Hodder

Stephen Hodder MBE is a Professor of Architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture, a collaboration between the University of Manchester and University of Salford. He is the founder and principal of Hodder+Partners, an award-winning architectural practice renowned for its innovative and sustainable designs. His career spans over four decades, marked by landmark projects such as the Centenary Building (RIBA Stirling Prize winner, 1996) and RHS Bridgewater (2021). Hodder’s work emphasizes contextual sensitivity, material integrity, and socially responsive design.
