Stephen Carver is a Senior Lecturer in Project & Programme Management and Crisis Management at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University. He holds dual roles as Visiting Fellow and Honorary Fellow of The Institute of Risk Management and the Association of Project Management. Known for bridging cultural and organizational perspectives through business storytelling, he advises global clients across banking, aerospace, insurance, and consultancy sectors.
His professional experience includes 2 years at Virgin constructing a clipper ship and 3 years as head of Project & Programme Management Strategy for a global CEO. He lectures on UK Government’s Project Leadership Programme and delivers keynotes for military consulting roles. Current activities include consulting on crisis management and programme performance improvement.
