Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is a Full Professor at the School of Political Studies, part of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on democracy, democratization, conflict, foreign aid, and LGBT rights, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and Mongolia.
