Professor Stephen Bach serves as Executive Dean of King's Business School at King's College London, where he holds the position of Professor of Employment Relations. His academic background includes a PhD from the University of Warwick, and he has held visiting positions at Cornell University.
Bach's research investigates human resource management at the intersection of public and private sectors, with particular focus on comparative public service employment relations, healthcare workforce issues, and the impact of austerity measures.
