Stephanie Woods

Stephanie Woods is an Assistant Professor at Columbia College's School of Public Service. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has over 20 years of teaching experience, including roles with emergent bilinguals in K-12 settings, adult literacy programs, and higher education. Her research focuses on college student sense of belonging development, particularly for cultural minorities, with an emphasis on rural students' experiences in higher education.
