Stephanie Schmitt-Rüth

Stephanie Schmitt-Rüth serves as a Professor at the Weiden Business School of Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden, specializing in the psychological dynamics of evolving work environments and organizational transformation processes within business contexts.

Her research focuses on three interconnected domains:
