Stephanie Matthew serves as Associate Professor of Nursing at George Fox University's College of Nursing, having joined as clinical adjunct faculty in spring 2012 before becoming full-time assistant professor in fall 2012 and earning promotion in 2023. She teaches Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and International Medical Missions while maintaining active clinical practice.

Clinical expertise focuses on primary/urgent care in underserved rural communities since 2008.
Dr. Matthew actively contributes to university life beyond academia as concert harpist for the Chehalem Symphony and George Fox Symphonic Band, demonstrating commitment to holistic professional engagement.
