Stephanie LaPrino is an Instructor and Director of Clinical Education at the School of Physical Therapy within the College of Health at Husson University. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Husson University, completed in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Her clinical expertise spans outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, and skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on geriatric care in both outpatient and SNF settings.
Her teaching responsibilities include Psychosocial Aspects of Physical Therapy and Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy. She is an APTA Level 2 Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
Her research includes a 2022 publication on physical therapy student perceptions of psychomotor exams. She presented a poster at the 2019 APTA Combined Sections Meeting on interprofessional education competencies in student discussions.
