Stephanie Hofmann is a Full-time Professor and Joint Chair in International Relations at the European University Institute (EUI), holding dual appointments in the Department of Political and Social Sciences and the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies. She serves as Director of the Europe in the World research area. Her expertise spans global governance, European security, and transatlantic relations. Hofmann earned her PhD in Government from Cornell University (2009), with a dissertation honored by the George McT Kahin Prize.
