Stephanie Hicks

Dr. Stephanie Hicks is an Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering and Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins University, with affiliations in multiple centers including the Malone Center for Engineering in Healthcare and the Center for Computational Biology. Her research focuses on developing computational methods and open-source software for analyzing single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data to enhance understanding of human health and disease. She holds a PhD from Rice University and completed postdoctoral training at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard.
