Stephanie Gnissios

Stephanie Gnissios is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she serves as an engineer, entrepreneur, and startup mentor specializing in sustainability, impact, and climate change. She established a mentorship programme with Oxford University Innovation to connect business expertise with Oxford-based startups and teaches on the Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme.

She co-founded Climate Risk Services, leveraging financial and mining sector experience to develop asset-based consulting and software solutions that embed climate factors into strategic business management.
