Stephanie Coen

Stephanie Coen is an Associate Professor in the School of Geography at the University of Nottingham, UK. She is Co-Lead of the EDGE Lab, focusing on gender equity in sport and physical activity. Her research bridges critical health geography, participatory methodologies, and youth-driven approaches. She holds a PhD from Queen’s University (Canada) and has held postdoctoral fellowships at the Human Environments Analysis Laboratory (HEAL).

**Research Interests**: Gender disparities in physical activity, environmental determinants of health equity, participatory youth research, and feminist geographies.
