Stephanie Blondell is an Associate Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She also directs the Straus Mediation Clinic and teaches courses including Mediation Theory and Practice, Psychology of Conflict, and Ethical Lawyering. Additionally, she leads the Women's Negotiation Academy and teaches Mediating the Litigated Case in Washington, D.C., domestically, and internationally.

Research Interests focus on Dispute Resolution and Mediation, with additional emphasis on the Psychology of Conflict and Ethical Lawyering. Her work bridges practical mediation training and theoretical frameworks in conflict resolution.
Professional Recognition:
- Recipient of the Southern California Mediation Association President's Award (2021)
Prior Roles include Manager of the King County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the City of Seattle, and Court and Program Manager for the Dispute Resolution Center of King County. She also served as adjunct faculty at Seattle University School of Law and affiliate associate professor at the University of Washington Evans School Masters in Public Administration.
