Stephanie Beatty

Stephanie Beatty is a Lecturer in American Sign Language at the Residential College of the University of Michigan. She holds a PhD in Psychology (Education), a BS in Sign Language Studies (Interpreting), and a BA in Psychology. Her work focuses on language education, deaf community engagement, and interdisciplinary approaches to sign language instruction. Dr. Beatty is affiliated with the Residential College's East Quad campus and contributes to the Languages department.
