Stephanie Armstrong is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC). She holds a BSN from WLC, an MSN in Adult/Older Adult/Gerontology Primary Care from Marquette University, and a DNP from Marquette. Her research focuses on process improvement, evidence-based practice, febrile neutropenia management, nurse-driven protocols, telehealth, and oncology care. She has served in oncology clinical and acute care settings, including roles in organizational committees at Froedtert. Dr. Armstrong received the 2020 Evidence Based Practice Award. She teaches Evidence-Based Practice and Adult Health Practicum courses at WLC. Her professional projects include quality improvement initiatives in oncology urgent care workflows and interdisciplinary care huddles.
