Stephan van den Berg

Stephan van den Berg is a Lecturer and PhD candidate in Company Law at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Law. His research focuses on the discharge of liability (decharge) of directors in BV and NV companies. He teaches courses in Commercial Law, Labor Law, and coordinates the Masterclass in Company Law.
