Dr. Stephan Rinnert serves as Vice Chairman for Education and Faculty Development in the Department of Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate / Kings County Hospital. He directs both the EM Categorical and EM/IM Combined Residency Programs while overseeing Faculty Development and Education initiatives.
