Professor Stephan Rauch is a faculty member at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences in the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering. He teaches in the Energy-Efficient Planning and Construction (E2D) program, specializing in sustainable architectural design with a focus on passive house standards and circular economy principles.
His research interests include:
- Energy-efficient building design and climate-responsive architecture
- Integrated design methodologies that incorporate sustainability from initial concept stages
- Circular economy applications in construction
- Resource-efficient building materials and processes
Professor Rauch's notable achievements include:
