Steffen Tangen

Steffen Tangen is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Natural Sciences, Practical-Aesthetic, Social and Religious Studies at Østfold University College since 2010. He also serves as a response consultant for the Norwegian Directorate of Children, Youth and Family Affairs (www.ung.no), answering queries on training and sports. His academic background includes a Master's in Public Health Science from the University of Environmental and Life Sciences, a Bachelor's in Sports, Outdoor Life and Health from Oslo University College, and practical-pedagogical education from Østfold University College.

Research interests focus on nature-based education, health and movement immersion, and interest-based physical education.
