Steff Worst

Steff Worst is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Leadership & Human Resource Development at Northumbria University's Newcastle Business School. Their research focuses on LGBTQ* experiences, particularly how queer and non-normative identities challenge traditional workplace norms and gender expectations.

Dr. Worst’s PhD investigated lesbian and gay employees’ interactions with gender and sexuality expectations in professional settings. Their work emphasizes the transformative potential of non-normative identities in reshaping organizational structures and cultural perceptions.
