Prof. Stefania Baroncelli is a Full Professor of Public and European Union Law at the Faculty of Economics of the Free University of Bolzano. Her research focuses on constitutional law, EU integration, regional autonomy (particularly the South Tyrol case), minority rights, and linguistic pluralism. She actively contributes to EU policy analysis, including the Recovery and Resilience Facility and ECB governance.
Teaching includes courses on European Administrative Law, Public Law fundamentals, and academic writing.
