Stefan Meyer is a Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant Paediatric Oncologist at the University of Manchester, affiliated with Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Christie NHS Foundation Trust. He leads care for children with Fanconi anaemia, Bloom syndrome, and other Chromosomal Instability Syndromes. His research focuses on malignant transformation in genetic disorders and the DNA damage response, particularly in AML cell lines linked to FANCD1/BRCA2 defects. He collaborates with Dr. Christine Schmidt in the Genome Stability Lab.
