Stefan Kuhlmann

Stefan Kuhlmann is a Professor and Academic Director of the Netherlands Graduate School of Science, Technology and Modern Culture (WTMC) at the University of Twente. He holds expertise in science, technology, and innovation governance studies with over 3817 citations. Previously, he held leadership roles at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems Innovation Research and was a Professor at Utrecht University.
