Stefan Bratzel is a Professor and founder of the Center of Automotive Management (CAM) at FHDW University of Applied Sciences in Bergisch Gladbach. He studied Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin (1988-1993) and earned his Ph.D. in 1998 with a focus on environmental policy and transportation. Since 2004, he has served as a lecturer and program director for Automotive Management at FHDW, while leading CAM as its director.

Prior to academia, he held roles as Produktmanager at DaimlerChrysler, Program Manager at Telefonica/Sonera JV Quam, and Head of Automotive Business Development at PTV AG.
Bratzel directs the Center of Automotive Management (CAM), a hub for research on automotive industry trends and sustainable mobility solutions.
