Stacy Supak is an Associate Teaching Professor at North Carolina State University (NC State), affiliated with the Center for Geospatial Analytics and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management within the College of Natural Resources. She holds a Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management (2013), an M.S. in Geophysics (2005) from UC Santa Barbara, and a B.S. in Environmental Civil Engineering (2002) from Columbia University. Her research focuses on applying geospatial analytics to support park and protected land management, tourism planning, and environmental decision-making.

Her work emphasizes equity in park access, dynamic pricing models, and sustainable resource management. She collaborates with NC State’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management and the Center for Geospatial Analytics, advancing interdisciplinary solutions for environmental and tourism challenges.
