Stacy Plotkin Silber

Stacy Plotkin Silber serves as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University Law School and Principal at Lerch, Early & Brewer, where she sits on the firm's Management Committee. Specializing in land use law, she focuses on urban redevelopment near transit in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland, representing clients in residential, mixed-use, senior housing, institutional, office, and retail projects.

Her educational background includes a BA from Emory University and JD from Catholic University. At GW Law, she co-teaches Land Use Law (Course 6332) and has mentored commercial real estate professionals for over two decades. Her professional affiliations include serving as Chair of Advocacy and Leadership Committees for NAIOP DC/MD and active participation in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she jurys the Terwilliger Center Annual Housing Awards and serves on ULI's National Revitalization Council.
