Stacy Bell is a Teaching Professor of English at Oxford College, Emory University. She serves as Director of Multilingual Writing and English Placement, advising faculty on inclusive pedagogies for non-native English speakers.

Her research focuses on English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), multilingual writing pedagogy, and prison reform. She teaches a theory-practice course on personal narrative in a maximum security women's prison and contributes to the Chillon Project’s Associate of Arts program at Lee Arrendale State Prison.
She received the Mizzell Award in 2015 for her contributions to education and advocacy.
