Stacie Kent is an Assistant Professor of History at Boston College. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, where she specialized in history and social theory. Her research examines global capitalism in imperial and post-colonial contexts, particularly focusing on East and Southeast Asia. Kent explores how capitalist reproduction intersects with governance and labor systems in these regions.
