Sritha Rajupet

Dr. Sritha Rajupet is a Professor in the Department of Family, Population and Preventive Medicine at Stony Brook University's Renaissance School of Medicine. She is triple-board-certified in family medicine, preventive medicine/public health, and clinical informatics, and serves as Director of the Post-COVID Clinic. Her work focuses on integrative care delivery models and improving value-based care for underserved communities.
