Spring Zhou

Dr. Spring Zhou is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business at the University of Wollongong, specializing in operations and supply chain management. She holds a PhD from the University of Auckland (2016) and previously worked as a lecturer at Massey University and a Research Fellow at the University of Auckland. Her research focuses on practice-driven solutions for supply chain challenges, including medical reserve management, agricultural cooperatives, and nonprofit operations.

Education: PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management (University of Auckland, 2016); prior academic roles include Massey University (2016-2018) and University of Auckland (2016). Research interests span agricultural value chains, strategic inventory systems, and operational resilience in emergency contexts.
