Dr. Sorrel Burden is a Clinical Reader at the University of Manchester's School of Nursing & Midwifery, holding a joint clinical academic position with Salford Royal Foundation Trust. Her work bridges research (2.5 days/week) and clinical dietetics practice (2.5 days/week), specializing in gastroenterology and nutritional management of chronic conditions like intestinal failure.
