Sophie Webber

Sophie Webber is a Senior Lecturer in Geography at the School of Geosciences, University of Sydney, and an ARC DECRA Research Fellow. She specializes in the political economies of climate change adaptation, finance, and development with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Her research critiques market-based climate solutions and examines how financial instruments shape adaptation policies.
