Sophie Sibson

Sophie Sibson is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities at Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO). Her research focuses on the social and historical impacts of the First World War, particularly the reintegration of wounded veterans in post-war Britain. She holds a Doctorate in British Civilization (2020) from the University of Rouen-Normandy.

• Social integration of military veterans
• Historical analysis of veterans' mental and physical health
• Role of leisure/sports in veterans' rehabilitation
