Sophia Nomicos

Sophia Nomicos is a Researcher (50% part-time) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, affiliated with the Seminar für Alte Geschichte and Institut für Klassische und Christliche Archäologie. Her work focuses on classical archaeology, ancient religious practices, and mining landscapes. She holds a PhD from Ruhr-Universität Bochum (2021) and has held research positions at both Bochum and Münster since 2011.
